We were buying from out of state and couldn’t see the home in person, which was stressful, but they made the whole process much easier than we expected. They were always available, walked us through everything, and truly went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with the purchase. kathryn was very helpful in selling our condo..she went out of her way (many trips to the beach ..even on saturdays) to show the condo whenever someone wanted to see it. she coordinated all facets of the sale ..i.e., from the move of furniture to the replacement of the hot water heater and the cleaning service. we would use her again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! skip larson
